Mango & Orange Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 mango
  • 1 orange
  • 1 banana
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Chop the mango into cubes.
  2. Peel the orange and cut it into slices.
  3. Peel the banana and cut it into slices.
  4. Roughly cut the lettuce leaves with a knife or your hands.
  5. Add all ingredients to a blender with half a cup of water and blend well.

Notes

If you are making this smoothie just for one, simply use half for each of the ingredients.
