Pear & Lettuce Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3 pears
  • 1 lettuce
  • 1 orange
  • 5-6 basil leaves
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 5-6 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Cut the pears into big slices and remove the seeds.
  2. Peel the orange and cut it into 3.
  3. Cut the lettuce into 3.
  4. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend well.

Notes

You can use any type of milk that you like instead of almond milk.

Storage

You could store it in the fridge for the next day but I recommend drinking it fresh as you will lose most of the vitamins.
